What's your favorite motivational quote or scripture?
I absolutely loved Debbie's response, " I cannot be defeated and I will not quit." Allow me to introduce this week's unstoppable momma, Debbie. Debbie is married to the one and only Patrick Beck! They will be married for 19 years in September. Together, they have five children, all girls, ages 20, 18, 17, 17 (twins), and 13.
What brings you the most joy about being a mother?
There is so much joy being there in the moment when the light comes on and they can understand a new concept or do something new they have had a hard time with before. Whether it is academic, a physical goal they have been trying to reach, or just a life lesson they are learning. I love to be a part of their joy and successes and to watch them learn and grow!

What was your favorite outfit to wear as a child or teenager?
Jeans, a nice top, and sneakers.
What's your least favorite household chore?
Cleaning the bathroom!
What would your perfect day be like? Describe it.
A day with no schedule or demands and no list to accomplish. A day where I plan the menus, but someone else cooks all 3 meals and no one tells me (or hints at) what I should or should not eat that day. 😂 A day that starts with worship and ends with fellowship with the people I love. No drama and no tension in any area! And maybe a pedicure somewhere in there. :) That sounds to me like the perfect day.
What role has faith played in your life?
Faith is literally what I breathe. It’s what leads me to the mountaintop and also carries me through the valleys. I wouldn’t have made it this far without it!
What's your favorite song of all time?
That’s a tough one because it depends on my mood. I like a variety of genres. But, if I had to pick a favorite, I would say “Baby, Baby”, by Amy Grant for a fun song and “Waging War” by Cece Winans for a Gospel song.
What were you unprepared for as a new mother?
Their stamina.... who knew little kids could outrun or outlast you?!
